Terms & Conditions
- We have a complete ban on choke chains and other coercive or punitive techniques in accordance with the UK Dog Training Charter and CABTI Code of Practice.
- When working outside, all dogs must be kept under control and on lead, except where specifically instructed by staff. In signing this document you accept responsibility for your dog’s behaviour at all times during training sessions, one-to-one or during any behaviour sessions with Vicky Alhadeff.
- Full payment must be received on the first visit. Refunds cannot be given after the consultation has started, except in exceptional circumstances – as decided by Vicky Alhadeff.
- Vicky Alhadeff cannot accept responsibility for loss, injury or damage to person or property.
- Young people under the age of 16 must be with an adult.
- Occasionally a session may have to be postponed due to ill health of the tutor, or due to the weather conditions. Under these circumstances we will guarantee to honour the length of period of your course/session and will rebook the appointment.
- Any follow-up appointments booked need to be cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment date or a cancellation fee of £20 may incur.
